We want you to be completely satisfied with your Slikt. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
– You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– In its original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping
– You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
– Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
